This property is amazing! All the amenities were even better in person. House was spectacular for a large group. Slept 18 very comfortably! Beds were all comfy and house well organized.

We all want to return with our families. This house did NOT disappoint one bit! Couldn’t ask for a better location, layout, and host. Steven was very accommodating and helpful!

It was very warm during our stay, but the house cooled down to comfort at night with help of fans. We did struggle a little with the outdoor grill, but that was our only tiff.

Great location. Right on the beach. Owner super nice and stopped by with some goodies for our Jewish new year. Amazing weekend getaway with our family and friends. Location is great. Lots of room in the house quiet neighborhood and overall very fun house for a weekend. Thank you Steven.

This place is amazing, very large. Perfect for large groups. The owner was wonderful to work with.

We couldn't have asked for a better place for 13 of us to gather to celebrate my in-laws 60th wedding anniversary. The large upstairs dining room table was great for eating and playing cards. We walked out the front door and were practically on the beach.We couldn't have been happier.

We recently stayed in this Beachhouse for a family reunion and had a wonderful time. The location couldn’t be any better. The beach is beautiful and private without very many other people around. The house layout works very well for multiple families. We had a few minor issues when we arrived but the landlord was very accommodating and responsive. Very good customer service. We would definitely stay again.

Room layouts are quirky but overall we really enjoyed it and it turned out to be perfectly functional. We used 6 of the sleep areas plus had a wedding rehearsal luncheon with 35 people and it never felt crowded.

Beautiful home and perfect location to a great beach. We had a wonderful family time. Weather was cold, but that is the luck of the draw. We rented wet suits and didn’t miss a beat.

This is a large, beautiful house, right next to a beautiful uncrowded beach. We went with a group of 5 couples and had a great time - very relaxing trip. Look forward to going again!

We were a group of thirteen teenaged girls and three moms - this was the perfect home for our beach vacation!

The home itself is fabulous. Although there is one house between this one and the beach, there are sweeping views of the ocean from the kitchen and main family room upstairs and one bedroom and family room downstairs. Tons of space. Tons of bedding. Everyone was very comfortable. The owner does warn to bring your own beach and bath towels, but still provided a nice amount, which was handy for those who forgot theirs. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and baking items, and there is a pretty full spice rack too. The home is gorgeous, but also not in mint condition, which is always a relief to moms traveling with kids. The things that were worn or broken made absolutely no difference to our comfort or enjoyment, however. We had only one minor issue (the lights in the downstairs den), and the homeowner was very responsive and had the handyman out right away (for naught - the girls found the switch and didn’t mention it!). The homeowner was very quick to respond to email questions during our stay.

The beach was absolutely gorgeous. Soft white sand and miles of unimpeded, barefoot walking. The water was warm enough that the girls swam for hours. A warning to the timid - the wave sets get bigger and closer together in the afternoon.

The house is conveniently located near shopping - a Vons is less that two miles away. And for those who seek out escape rooms and thrift stores, those are close by as well.

Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would love to go back.
