The house was clean and nicely situated we joyed the volleyball game on the beach not to far away.

Our stay was for a retreat for 22 men. We ended up with 18. The house had a large living room that was ample space for the large group meetings. There were also other places that allowed us to have 4 breakout groups. The kitchen was well stocked for cookware, though we came prepared with electric skillets, stove top griddles and a coffee urn. We were disappointed that the barbecue did not work, but were able to improvise from our original barbecue dinner plan.Everyone enjoyed the beach house and the longtimers felt it was the best place we've been to since we've been doing this retreat since 2005.Sleeping 18 men was tenuous. 2 guys in a queen size mattress was a little crowded. We came prepared with air mattresses and sleeping bags. The manager had also left some cots for us to use, which was thoughtful and helpful.Overall, we had a wonderful experience.

This home was great for our extended family vacation. There was a place for everyone to feel comfortable and call their own, as well as great spaces to have fun being together. The beachfront location could not be beat!

Right at the beach. Beach toys and chairs aplenty. Clean with plenty of hot water for 16 of us to shower. Beautiful views, TV and wi-fi were good. Great kitchen, living room and dining room for so many people. Lots of beds. Weather could have been sunnier but hard to pin that on the VRBO house.

We stayed a long weekend at Mandalay Beach House. The location was excellent, it truly sits on the sand of the beach. There was plenty of room for our large party to stay and enjoy ourselves.The house itself is a bit older, but it is clean and welcoming. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The property owner/manager was quick to respond and was very helpful.

We had friends and family from all over the country coming in for a wedding. This house was the only one I could find listed that allowed for all the people to have sleeping privacy. And a kitchen, eating area, and sitting space big enough to accommodate everyone at once. And everyone was thrilled to be right on the beach. We even had a garage to keep all the wedding stuff so we didn’t have to worry about it out on the street.

Property was amazing! It was hard getting the lock box open but you just have to pull on it a little harder. This house was perfect for a large group trip.

The house is so spacious, super comfortable for a big group. The living space upstairs has incredible views, we enjoyed the sunsets right on the beach just steps away, as well as from both the rooftop balcony and second floor balcony of the house. A great stay in a beautiful home!

The place was a beautiful stay for a large group. My bridal party and I were staying there and the location was perfect for a California stay. We’d walk along the beach and the place was close to the areas we were visiting. There were more than enough beds for each of us and the place was very clean. It has lots of natural light. We would stay here again!
